Lenzerheide is a rather large mountain tourist town with something for everyone who enjoys nature. The landscape, especially the Lake Heidsee, is magnificent in every season. Ordinary people like me can find paths to hike, bike and ski that we can manage, but are still a challenge. It is simply beautiful in Lenzerheide.

Lenzerheide is a mountain town in Graubünden at 1475 meters about sea level. It is an ideal starting spot to hike, mountain bike, downhill bike and ski. It is less than 2 hours from Winterthur by car and about 3 hours by public transportation.

Heidsee
Lenzerheide has a lot to offer. In the summer and autumn an experienced hiker can climb to the peak of Lenzerhorn. A good hiker can climb up to Scarlottas and Piz Danis. An everyday person can hike to the waterfall and over to the Mittelstation. A casual walker can go around the Heidsee in an hour or so. In the winter you can ski down the easy slopes of Tgantieni and Lavoz. A more skilled skier enjoys the afternoon sun on the Rothorn side. There are also miles of cross country tracks in the valley. I highly recommend a visit to the public pool, because it has a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi with an amazing view of the mountains.
Lenzerheide a beautiful place with something for everyone!
