Lake Geneva is not only the biggest lake in Switzerland, but it also has the clearest water and a Mediterranean flair. Take a boat ride from Lausanne to Montreux to enjoy views of terraced vineyards and palm trees. The view from Montreux with mountains in the background, is outstanding, and I love it especially during the jazz festival.
