As many events require pre-payment or an obligation on behalf of your Club, the ICW (in line with other Clubs in the Zurich region), will be
instituting a "No Show" policy for some Events. People who register for
these events (itemized on all flyers and e-mails as a "No Show" Event) and do not attend will be billed/charged for that event, unless they have cancelled prior to the event cancellation deadline. Failure to pay fees for missed events, including no-show fees, may bar a person from reserving tickets for future ICW events.
In addition we often have New Members Preferred Events!! In order to enhance the value of your Membership, the ICW has marked some events as Members Only or Members Preferred (at a Discounted Price). This will be displayed on all flyers and e-mails and indicates an added benefit to your Membership!
